  • Purchased through a Quick Deal (handled by us)
  • Purchased via price comparison listings or discount coupons from external sellers (third-party sellers).

Refunds for Products Purchased Directly from 30MinuteDeal

Prepaid Orders or Partially Paid Orders

  • For prepaid or partially paid orders, 30MinuteDeal.com is responsible for processing refunds.
  • If the product is not dispatched for delivery within 15 calendar days from the date of order, a full refund will be initiated automatically.
  • Refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may request a cancellation before the product is dispatched. Contact us to cancel your order.
  • Once dispatched, you have to bear the delivery charge to cancel the order.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • If you placed a COD order, the seller is solely responsible for delivery, returns, and resolving issues.
  • 30MinuteDeal.com acts as a facilitator only and is not liable for non-delivery, product condition, or refund for COD orders.

Customer Responsibility on Delivery

  • Customers are strongly advised to inspect the product thoroughly before accepting delivery.
  • If the product appears damaged, defective, or incorrect, you should refuse delivery and report the issue to us or the seller immediately.
  • Once accepted from the delivery agent, we assume the product was received in satisfactory condition and we will release the payment to the seller and we cannot take any action against the seller.

Product Returns

Product Warranty

Gift Cards and Digital Products

All sales of gift cards and digital products are final and non-refundable. Once a digital code, activation key, or gift card is delivered, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Incorrect email or delivery details provided by the customer
  • Unused digital codes or gift cards
  • Buyer’s change of mind after purchase

In case of damaged or invalid codes

If you receive a code that does not work, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery to our customer support. We will verify the issue with the seller. If the code is proven invalid and unused, a replacement will be issued. Refunds will only be considered if no replacement is possible.

Fraud or Abuse of Return Policy
